Refund Policy
Carnivina's refund policy: made-to-order terms, damaged product replacements, cancellations, and return eligibility.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll provide a replacement or full refund. See our Satisfaction Guarantee page for complete details.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. Contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to make changes. We'll accommodate cancellation requests only if production has not yet started.
Damaged or Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Description of the issue
We'll replace damaged or defective products at no charge or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Allergic Reactions
Our products contain natural ingredients that may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. We strongly recommend reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test before full use.
We cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities, as ingredient information is provided prior to purchase.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange return of the incorrect item and ship the correct product at no additional cost.
Missing Items
If items are missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship missing items immediately or issue a refund for the missing products.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer and may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear in your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours (wrong item shipped, damaged product, etc.).
Return Shipping
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we'll provide a prepaid return label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all other returns.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving return authorization. Products must be in original, unopened condition.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or scent, you'll need to place a new order. We'll process a refund for eligible returns per this policy.
Discretionary Refunds
We reserve the right to issue refunds or replacements at our discretion on a case-by-case basis, even outside these policy guidelines, to ensure customer satisfaction.
