Shipping Policy
Carnivina's shipping policy: processing times, delivery methods, tracking, and what to do with damaged orders.
Processing Time
All Carnivina products are handcrafted to order. Orders begin production after payment confirmation and typically ship within 3-5 business days.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons or high order volume. We'll notify you if your order experiences delays.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. Shipping method is selected at our discretion to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
Standard shipping typically delivers within 3-7 business days after shipment.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be offered on orders over a specified amount or during promotional periods.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package through the carrier's website using this number.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Delivery Issues
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for:
- Packages lost or damaged by the carrier after shipment
- Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error
- Packages stolen after confirmed delivery
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, contact the carrier first. We'll assist with carrier claims when possible.
Address Changes
Orders cannot be modified once production begins. Verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
If you need to change your address after ordering, contact us immediately. We'll attempt to update it if the order hasn't shipped, but cannot guarantee changes.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Inspect your package upon delivery. If items arrive damaged, photograph the damage and packaging, then contact us within 48 hours.
For lost packages, wait until the carrier's estimated delivery window passes, then contact us. We'll work with you to file a claim or find a solution.
Weather and Temperature
Our tallow-based products may soften or melt in extreme heat. We take precautions during warm months, but cannot control conditions during transit.
If your product arrives melted or softened, refrigerate it briefly to restore texture. Product efficacy is not affected by temporary melting.
Customs and Duties
We do not ship internationally. All orders ship domestically within the United States.
